Mild Cheddar is made the same way as traditional cheddar, except we use the freshest goat’s milk. This gives this semi-hard cheese a distinctive white internal color, creaminess, nutty flavor and distinctive tanginess. Mild Smoked Cheddar works great any place you would use traditional cheddar, including on cheese plates or sandwiches.
